Michaels Enterprises, Inc. has been making custom silicone rubber heat blankets for over 30 years. We've had the privilege of serving hundreds of businesses from small snowboard manufacturers to the biggest names in aerospace and defense.

Our Design Library covers over 6,000 proven heater configurations built up over three decades. For most applications we can adapt an existing design rather than starting from scratch, which is why custom work with us doesn’t carry the delay or cost you’d expect.
Our excellent Customer Service allows us to design & manufacture a custom made product that meets each of our customer’s needs through personal attention to detailed specifications
Our Delivery Times are very short for a fully custom made product with 3–5 weeks average delivery. And since we’re based in the U.S. shipping domestically keeps our ship dates clear of international disruption.
Our Flexibility means we can accommodate changes mid-project. If specifications shift, priorities change, or you need something rerouted, we work with it rather than starting the clock over.
Our Standards include manufacturing to Boeing D6-56237 temperature uniformity requirements and European aerospace quality standards. Every heater is built with UL and CSA approved materials and components.
Our Prices are very reasonable for a completely custom made product (No extra design or set-up charges are added)
Our Quality of finished product is guaranteed. We test every heater several times before shipping and we will replace a heater if we fail to meet the specifications provided to us.
